What is a meeting like? Here's a typical agenda:
8:50ish am - Members start gathering to chat and setup the meeting space for the day.
9:10am The club president calls the meeting to order.
We proceed with the following agenda at most meetings:

- Guest introductions
- Role explanations
- Prepared Speeches
- Impromptu Speeches
- Evaluations
- Meeting Reports
- Awards, Announcements, Closing Remarks
10:10am Meeting ends, post meeting chit-chat, put away meeting supplies.
